PURPOSE

To increase the community’s awareness of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) resources and the services its projects offer.  Outreach is done through site visits, grant-writing workshops and networking with other community organizations dedicated to pooling the resources of Buffalo County together.         

 

OBJECTIVES

• Improve youth/adult participation on the Board
• Establish visible presence in Buffalo County
• Implement Annual Youth Congress (Fall/Spring)
• Fund at least 5 new projects
  
• Develop and secure funds for Grant Pool.
• Coordinate Annual Buffalo County Youth Day at State Capital.
