Purpose

To improve YAB participation and to promote YAB in the community.  Education on the YAB philosophy and training for Board members is essential to the smooth functioning of the YAB Program. 

Objectives

• Conduct Board Training
• Strengthen the ties between youth and adult
• Board members; begin mentoring process, pairing youth and adults
• Develop future YAB Board members
